- For the initial PIN code setup, a 24-hour withdrawal restriction will be applied.
- After this, withdrawals can be made without further restrictions.
- PIN Code Reset:
- If you reset your PIN code, a new 24-hour withdrawal restriction will be applied for enhanced security.
- If you forget your PIN code, you can request a reset via email. This will also apply a 24-hour withdrawal restriction.
2. Withdrawal Requirements
- Mandatory Verification for Amounts over 1,000 USDT:
Withdrawals exceeding 1,000 USDT require completing KYC Level 2 verification. - Mandatory Verification for All Withdrawals:
Withdrawals are only possible after completing PIN code and email verification. - Withdrawal Limit:
After fulfilling all conditions, withdrawals of up to 20,000 USDT are allowed starting 24 hours after KYC Level 2 verification is completed.
